Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Policy

I. Overview

Stay Fresh Staffing, doing business as (DBA) Stay Fresh Staffing, complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union member countries, the United Kingdom (including Gibraltar), and Switzerland to the United States.

 

Stay Fresh Staffing has certified that it adheres to the Data Privacy Framework Principles with respect to such data. If there is any conflict between the policies in this Privacy Policy and the data subject rights under the DPF Principles, the DPF Principles shall govern. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Data Privacy Frameworks, Stay Fresh Staffing is subject to the regulatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.

 II. Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

 

Controller – A person or organization that determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.

Customer – Any entity that purchases services from Stay Fresh Staffing.

Customer Data – Electronic data submitted by or for a Customer or its Users in connection with the Services.

EU – The European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway.

UK – The United Kingdom and Gibraltar.

Personal Data – Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual that is transferred to Stay Fresh Staffing from the EU, UK, or Switzerland.

Processor – An entity that processes Personal Data on behalf of a Controller.

DPF Principles – The Principles and Supplemental Principles of the Data Privacy Framework.

Sensitive Data – Personal Data revealing health information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, sexual orientation, criminal background, or related legal proceedings.

Services – Staffing, virtual assistant, administrative, customer support, and related professional services provided by Stay Fresh Staffing.

User – An individual authorized by a Customer to use the Services.

III. Types of Personal Data Collected and Purpose

Stay Fresh Staffing processes Personal Data solely to provide services as instructed by its Customers. Personal Data may be collected when Customers or Users engage our services, communicate with us, access systems, or visit our website.

* Account or billing information

* Username and login credentials

* Job title and professional details

 

Website-related data may also be collected, including:

Stay Fresh Staffing may also collect limited financial and contact information of Customer representatives for billing, payment processing, expense management, and contractual obligations.

 IV. Notice

Stay Fresh Staffing provides notice to Customers and Users regarding its privacy practices, including the purposes for collecting Personal Data, types of information collected, third-party disclosures, individual rights, and methods for contacting us regarding privacy-related concerns.

V. Third-Party Disclosures

Stay Fresh Staffing discloses Personal Data only to trusted third parties that require such information to support service delivery. These may include:

IX. Recourse and Dispute Resolution

Stay Fresh Staffing commits to resolving privacy-related complaints in compliance with the Data Privacy Framework Principles.
